CONDITIONS ON USE OF WEBSITE: Mike Fox makes this website (the “Website”), including all photographs, images, downloadable portfolios, graphics, moving images, text, sound, illustrations and software available through the Website (collectively, the “Content”), available for your review subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document, and any changes to this document that Mike Fox may publish from time to time (collectively, the “Terms of Use”) and further subject to the Privacy Statement on the Website (below).

OWNERSHIP RESTRICTIONS: This Website is owned and operated by Mike Fox. All Content, is owned by Mike Fox and/or certain third party content providers. All elements of this Website, including, but not limited to, the general design and the Content, are protected by trade dress, copyright, moral rights, trademark and all other laws protecting intellectual property rights including contract law pursuant to this agreement. No Content or portion thereof may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, scanned, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without Mike's prior written permission, except that you may view the Content on any single computer monitor for review purposes only, provided you keep intact, without change all images and copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices.

Refund Policy

In this case of an unforeseen incident that prevents Mike Fox from performing on a scheduled date, Mike will still honor the scheduled shoot or the client will receive a partial or full refund of their deposit, if applicable.

No refund will be given under any circumstance if you fail to attend the photoshoot scheduled, when the booking was made. Due to the nature of photography and the fact that images, once produced and delivered to client, they cannot be returned.

Mike Fox has a strict No Refund policy. Once a transaction has been completed, it is then considered non-refundable. If a customer has selected/purchased an incorrect image, he/she must notify Mike immediately after receiving the "incorrect" image.


Your purchase of a Digital Image provides you with the License for specific usage rights as listed below.

License Agreement:

This License Agreement (“License”) is made between you (“Licensee”, “You”) and Mike Fox (“Photographer”). By downloading or using the Licensed Images (“Images), you accept the terms of this License. If you do not agree to the terms of this License, do not download or use the Licensed Images.

Grant of license & Permitted Uses:

This Digital Image License is specifically intended for personal use and provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user (1 individual person) license, lasting for the lifetime of the Licensee.

You are permitted to print the copyrighted images for personal use and display, including but not limited to: printing, emailing, and web publishing. Prints may be made as large as 36 x 36″. For anything larger please contact Mike.

You are not permitted to alter the images in any way, including but not limited to black and white or sepia conversions and cropping. No cellular device photo application software or personal alterations are permitted, unless requested by the Photographer prior to photoshoot date or during photoshoot booking. This license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, contests or resale of any nature.

The delivery of the digital files releases the Photographer from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases the Photographer from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph.


First 30 minutes a client is late to their scheduled session, their photo session with Mike Fox will be cancelled and will have to reschedule within the next 30 days to avoid paying another additional deposit for the service to be rendered.
